1. How do I pay for my order?

Colourman uses a prepaid system whereby you need to deposit funds into your Colourman account as your cash advance. Each time you make an order, payment for it will be deducted from the cash advance in your account. You must have sufficient funds in your account to pay for your order. You may top-up or reload your account anytime.

2. What is the minimum reload amount?

Minimum reload amount is RM50. Any additional charges (e.g. GIRO fee) is to be paid by the member

3. Will I get an official receipt for my reload?

Yes, you will be issued a receipt for every payment made

4. Will Colourman issue a invoice to my customer?

No, Colourman only deals directly with its members. As such, we will only issue an invoice to you, not your customer.

5. How do I report billing error to Colourman?

Send us an email or call our Customer Service to report the error. Describe the problem to us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
