1. Do you offer artwork design services?
No. You have to create your own designs and upload it to us. We will only handle the printing.
2. Does colourman provide artwork proof checking service?
No. You have to confirm the final artwork with your customer before uploading it to us for printing.
3. What file formats should I save my artwork in?
We accept Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Portable Document Format (.pdf) and Adobe Indesign.
4. How do I send my artwork?
You will be given the option to upload the artwork when you place an order with us
5. Can I change my design after submission?
Yes. You can change your design by calling our customer service at +603 6273 3399 within 1 hour from order submission.
6. Will the colour of my printed product match 100% to the original colour of my artwork?
No. It is a known fact within the printing industry that 100% colour accuracy is not possible with the current technology. So, even if a company employs the best personnel and latest technology, there will still be a difference in the colour.
We will try our best to match your colours, and you are advised to come visit us to know how the final colour will be printed
7. Can I use Colourman to print anything I want?
Yes you can, as long as what you are printing does not conflict with the Malaysian printing and publication law. Colourman will not print jobs that contain offensive literature or images. This includes information that are politically, religiously or racially sensitive. Colourman will not be responsible for any infringement of artwork content.
